Cancel Slack

Only a workspace owner, or whoever upgraded the workspace, can open billing. From the Overview tab choose Change subscription details, then Downgrade to Free, pick when it takes effect, and confirm at checkout. Slack issues non refundable account credit rather than a refund.

If the button does not land you there

Sign in to the workspace and click Admin in the sidebar
If Admin is not there, click the workspace name to open workspace settings
Select Manage billing
On the Overview tab select Change subscription details
Select Downgrade to Free and choose when it takes effect
Select Continue to checkout, review, then click Downgrade Slack
