Cancel Smalls
Open the Account Details tab, scroll to the bottom, click Cancel My Plan and follow the steps. After the exit survey click Cancel My Account and a confirmation email arrives. Orders already processed still ship.
Go to Smalls’s cancel page
Opens smalls.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.
What to expect

- Open smalls.com/account/details and sign in
- Scroll to the bottom of Account Details
- Click Cancel My Plan
- Complete the exit survey
- Click Cancel My Account and wait for the confirmation email
