Cancel Smart Fit

Online cancelling only works in the first 7 days after an internet purchase: Espaco do Cliente, Meu plano, Direito de Arrependimento. After that Smart Fit takes cancellations on WhatsApp or at a gym reception, with 30 days notice, 20 in Rio de Janeiro.

  1. Sign in at espacodocliente.smartfit.com.br
  2. Open Meu plano
  3. Within 7 days of an online purchase, choose Direito de Arrependimento and press Solicitar cancelamento
  4. Otherwise message Smart Fit on WhatsApp at (11) 99807-9600 or go to any gym reception
  5. Ask at least 30 days before your next charge, 20 days in Rio de Janeiro

Other countries

Brazil: Smart Fit's own help page grants the 7 day withdrawal right on internet purchases, refund included, and that window is the only self-serve cancel it offers. Fit and Black plans carry a 12 month commitment with a 20 percent penalty on the remaining months if you leave early. Promotional plans hold you 3 months.
