Then SonyLIV cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
What to expect

- Sign in at sonyliv.com
- Open My Purchases from the account menu
- Find the Sony LIV pack and choose Cancel
- Pick a cancellation reason and submit
- If Google Play, Apple, Amazon or a partner such as Jio or Tata Play bills you, cancel there instead
