Cancel Spotify
Lands on Manage your plan. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm. Premium runs until your next billing date, then the account switches to free. Playlists and saved music stay. A plan sold by a phone or internet provider has to be cancelled with that provider.

Opens spotify.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.
Signed up through Apple, Google Play or PayPal?
Then Spotify cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Spotify adds your country to the path, for example /us/ or /gb/. The rest of the path stays the same.
