Cancel Squarespace

Log in first, then open this link and pick the site. Under Subscriptions choose the plan, then Cancel subscription, a reason, a feedback form, and a final confirm. An annual plan cancelled outright takes the site offline immediately, a monthly one runs to the end of the cycle.

Opens account.squarespace.com in a new tab. Their login page forgets where you were going, so open this after you are signed in.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in at account.squarespace.com and open the Billing panel for the site
  2. Under Subscriptions click the plan
  3. Click Cancel subscription and read the cancellation details
  4. Choose Retain Access or Get Refund Immediately
  5. Click Continue, pick a reason, complete the form
  6. Click Cancel subscription to confirm, and check whether a domain or Email Campaigns subscription is still running
