Cancel Toronto Star Home Delivery

Print delivery is billed outside the thestar.com account, through the Star's subscriber self-service portal. Sign in there with your Subscriber Service Login, which is separate from your Torstar account. Circulation asks for cancellations by email at circmail@thestar.ca or by phone on 416-367-4500 or 1-800-268-9213, and the Star wants 48 hours notice to process one.

Leaving a discounted term early costs the monthly rate multiplied by the months left on the term
