  2. Check what you are paying for under Manage My Subscription
  3. Email mysubscription@thestarphoenix.com to cancel an Online Access subscription
  4. Email epapersupport@thestarphoenix.com to cancel an ePaper subscription
  5. For home delivery email mysubscription@thestarphoenix.com or call 306-657-6320
  6. Billing stops after the current cycle, all StarPhoenix subscriptions are non-refundable and access runs to the cancellation date
