Cancel STC Training Club

There is no cancel page on the website. STC says the payer ends a rolling membership in the STC app, or by contacting a staffed gym or customer support. Every rolling membership has two months notice, and the standard contract binds you for twelve months unless you bought Flex.

Steps

  1. Open the STC app and log in
  2. Go to Profil, then Mina abonnemang
  3. Tap the three dots next to the membership
  4. Tap Sag upp abonnemang
  5. Choose a reason, tap next, then Bekrafta uppsagning
  6. Or contact a staffed gym by phone or email, or email kundsupport@stc.se
  7. Cancel at least two months before the binding period ends, otherwise the contract rolls on with two months notice
