Cancel stern
stern takes cancellations by form or phone, not with a button. This link opens the service portal contact form with Kuendigung already chosen as the reason. The phone number in the official article is +49 40 8770 9550. A gift subscription can only be cancelled by the person who gave it.
Opens serviceportal.stern.de in a new tab.
tapcancel is an independent guide and is not affiliated with stern. You sign in on stern’s own site. We never ask for a login, a password or a card number, here or anywhere.

Germany requires a cancellation route reachable without logging in (section 312k BGB). stern meets it with this contact form rather than with a one click Kuendigungsbutton.
