Log in first, then open this link. The Streamz account area is where the subscription and its cancellation option live. We have not been able to read Streamz's own help pages, so treat the exact wording of the flow as unconfirmed.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Streamz cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
