  1. Contact the STRONG studio you signed up at, in person, by phone or by the form on strongpilates.com.au/contact
  2. Ask what the notice period and any exit fee are for your membership type
  3. Ask for written confirmation and the date the direct debit stops
  4. Only need a break? Memberships can go on hold for up to 30 days a year
