Cancel Talkiatry
There is no Talkiatry subscription to cancel. Care is billed per appointment through insurance, so stopping means telling your psychiatrist or the support team that you are done. Watch the appointment rule instead: cancelling or rescheduling a booked appointment with less than 48 hours notice costs 100 dollars.

- Sign in to the Talkiatry patient portal or the healow app
- Message your psychiatrist or care team to say you want to stop care
- Cancel any booked appointment more than 48 hours ahead to avoid the 100 dollar fee
- Or call 833-351-8255, Monday to Friday 7:30am to 9pm ET and weekends 8am to 5pm ET
- For a charge you do not recognise, press 2 then 4 for billing or email billing@talkiatry.com
