Cancel Tapo Care

Sign in to the Tapo web portal with your TP-Link ID, tap your Subscription Card and click Cancel. Cancelling switches off auto renewal rather than ending the plan now, and TP-Link gives no refunds because Tapo Care is prepaid. Access runs to the end of the billing period.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play or PayPal?

Then Tapo Care cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Open tapo.tplinkcloud.com/tapo_web and sign in with your TP-Link ID
  2. Tap your Subscription Card
  3. Click Cancel
  4. On iPhone instead: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, TapoCare
  5. On Android instead: Google Play Store, Profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, TapoCare
  6. The card keeps recording to its microSD card without a plan, only cloud clips and the extra detection features stop
