Cancel Tempo
Sign in to the Member Portal, open Current Plan and click Cancel Membership. Tempo then hands you to a Member Experience associate to finish it. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and Resubscribe brings it back.

- Complete the handover to a Member Experience associate
