Cancel Testbook Pass

There is no cancel button on Testbook. A Pass you have paid for cannot be changed or cancelled and is never refunded. What you can stop is the Autopay mandate that renews it, and Testbook says you do that in your UPI app, not on Testbook. The Pass then runs to its expiry date and stops.

Steps

Open the UPI app you paid with, for example Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or your bank app
Find the mandates or Autopay section, sometimes called AutoPay, Mandates or Subscriptions
Select the Testbook mandate and pause or cancel it
Your current Pass keeps working until its expiry date, since Testbook does not refund or shorten a Pass
