Log in first, then open this link. Click Cancel membership under Membership Plan Management. You keep access to the end of the billing period, and cancelling inside a free trial still leaves access until the trial ends. No refunds are given.

Then The Great Courses Plus cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
