Cancel The i Paper
Your account settings. The i's terms say a subscription bought direct is cancelled by emailing support@inews.co.uk, or help@i-subscription.co.uk for print. Cancellation takes effect at the next payment date and there is no refund for the unused part.

Then The i Paper cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

- For a digital subscription, email support@inews.co.uk asking to cancel
- For a print subscription, email help@i-subscription.co.uk and return any unused vouchers
- If Apple, Google Play or Amazon bills you, cancel on that platform instead
