Cancel The i Paper

Your account settings. The i's terms say a subscription bought direct is cancelled by emailing support@inews.co.uk, or help@i-subscription.co.uk for print. Cancellation takes effect at the next payment date and there is no refund for the unused part.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play or Amazon?

Then The i Paper cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in at inews.co.uk and open My Account, then Settings
  2. For a digital subscription, email support@inews.co.uk asking to cancel
  3. For a print subscription, email help@i-subscription.co.uk and return any unused vouchers
  4. If Apple, Google Play or Amazon bills you, cancel on that platform instead
