Cancel The Information

Open Settings and find the subscription section, then cancel there. If no cancel option appears, use the support contact on the same page. Access runs to the end of the paid term, and most plans are billed annually.

Then The Information cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Open the Subscription or Billing section
Choose Cancel subscription and confirm
If no cancel option appears, email support from the same page
