Cancel The Province

The Postmedia account portal shows your subscriptions and cards and carries no cancel button. The FAQ sends every cancellation to email: epapersupport@sunprovince.com for Online Access, epapersupport@sunprovince.com for the ePaper, mysubscription@sunprovince.com or 1-800-663-2662 for home delivery.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then The Province cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Sign in at theprovince.com and open My Account, or go to theprovince.com/my-account
  2. Check what you are paying for under Manage My Subscription
  3. Email epapersupport@sunprovince.com to cancel an Online Access subscription
  4. Email epapersupport@sunprovince.com to cancel an ePaper subscription
  5. For home delivery email mysubscription@sunprovince.com or call 1-800-663-2662
  6. The FAQ says Province subscriptions are refundable and the refund is pro-rated to your cancellation date
