Cancel Tile

Tile is part of Life360 now, and this is the Tile member login Life360 publishes. After signing in open the Account icon, scroll to Billing & Premium, then Manage Subscription and Cancel Subscription. There is no refund for unused time.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Tile cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

What to expect

Buried in settings

If the button does not land you there

Open life360.com/tile-login and sign in with your Tile email and password, or use the emailed link
Tap the Account icon in the top right
Scroll to Billing & Premium and tap Manage Subscription
Open the Tile Premium subscription details
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions
If Apple or Google billed you, cancel in that store instead
