Cancel Todoist

Open the app, then your avatar, Settings, Subscription, Cancel plan. Pick a reason and confirm. The Subscription tab only exists in the web and desktop apps, not the mobile app.

Go to Todoist’s cancel page

Opens app.todoist.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play or Microsoft?

Then Todoist cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Open app.todoist.com and sign in
  2. Click your avatar at the top left, then Settings
  3. Open Subscription
  4. Click Cancel plan
  5. Pick a reason, then Cancel subscription
  6. For a Business plan, click your team in the sidebar, then Subscription, then Cancel plan
