Cancel Tonal

There is no web cancel page. You cancel on the Tonal trainer itself. Memberships carry an initial 12 month commitment and Tonal says you can only cancel once that is served, so expect to pay it out. A pause is the alternative, by form or phone.

Select Your Account
Go to Membership Management
Tap Cancel Membership and follow the prompts
For a pause instead, submit the pause form or call Customer Care on (855) 698-6625
