Cancel Toronto Sun

The Postmedia account portal shows your subscriptions and cards and carries no cancel button. The FAQ sends every cancellation to email: mysubscription@postmedia.com for Online Access, eservicesupport@postmedia.com for the ePaper, mysubscription@postmedia.com or 1-800-668-0786 for home delivery.

Then Toronto Sun cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Sign in at torontosun.com and open My Account, or go to torontosun.com/my-account
  2. Check what you are paying for under Manage My Subscription
  3. Email mysubscription@postmedia.com to cancel an Online Access subscription
  4. Email eservicesupport@postmedia.com to cancel an ePaper subscription
  5. For home delivery email mysubscription@postmedia.com or call 1-800-668-0786
  6. Billing stops after the current cycle and the FAQ says all Toronto Sun subscriptions are non-refundable
