Cancel Tortoise

Tortoise has no cancel button. If you joined on the website, email memberhelp@tortoisemedia.com and ask to cancel. A membership bought in the App Store or on Google Play is cancelled in that store instead.

Steps

If you joined on tortoisemedia.com, email memberhelp@tortoisemedia.com from the address on the membership
If you joined in the App Store, open the App Store, tap your profile, tap Subscriptions, select Tortoise and cancel
If you joined on Google Play, open Google Play, tap Menu, then Subscriptions, select Tortoise and cancel
Check your renewal date under My Account, or My Tortoise in the app
