Cancel Tractive

Log in, open Trackers and Subscription Plans, pick the tracker, open Subscription Plan, then Cancel Subscription Plan. A paused plan has to be resumed first. Cancelling stops the renewal and the tracker works until the paid period ends. Prepaid plans are not refunded after 30 days.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Tractive cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Visit my.tractive.com and log in
  2. Click Trackers and Subscription Plans
  3. Select the tracker
  4. Click Subscription Plan, then Cancel Subscription Plan
  5. Resume the plan first if it is currently paused
