Cancel TrainingPeaks

Account Management works in a browser only, not in the mobile app. From Settings choose Subscription and Payments, then Manage your subscription and payments, then Manage Subscriptions, then Cancel Renewal. Premium runs to your expiry date, then the account drops to Basic.

Go to TrainingPeaks’s cancel page

Opens home.trainingpeaks.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then TrainingPeaks cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Log in to your athlete account on a computer
  2. Click your name at the top right and choose Settings
  3. Choose Subscription and Payments from the left menu
  4. Choose Manage your subscription and payments
  5. Click Manage Subscriptions
  6. Choose Cancel Renewal
