Cancel Uber One

Cancelling happens in the Uber app. Open Account, then Uber One, then Manage Membership, then End Membership, give a reason, Continue, Continue again, then End Membership. Do it at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Access runs to the end of the membership period.

Then Uber One cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Open the Uber app and sign in
Go to Account, then Uber One
Go to Manage Membership
Select End Membership
Choose a reason and tap Continue
Tap Continue on the next screen, then End Membership
Do it at least 48 hours before the renewal date or the next month is still charged
If Apple or Google billed you, cancel in that store instead
