Cancel UBX

No cancel page exists on the website. An app subscription stops in the app under Membership, at least 24 hours before the next billing period, and access runs to the end of that period with no refund. A gym membership belongs to the club that signed you up and has to be cancelled with that club.

For an app subscription, open the UBX app and go to the Membership section, then follow the prompts to cancel
Do it at least 24 hours before the next billing period starts
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, turn off auto renew there instead
For a gym membership, contact the club you joined: each UBX club runs its own member portal and its own contract
