Cancel Udemy

The Subscriptions page lists your plan, the next payment date and a Cancel subscription button, or Cancel trial during a free trial. Access to subscription courses runs to the last day of the paid period. Udemy does not refund subscription payments unless local law requires it. Courses bought outright are unaffected.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Udemy cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Sign in at udemy.com
Open udemy.com/user/manage-subscriptions, or pick Subscriptions from the profile menu at the top right
Find the plan you want to end
Click Cancel subscription, or Cancel trial if you are still in a free trial
If you subscribed inside the mobile app, cancel in Apple or Google Play instead

Other countries

Refund rights on subscription plans differ where local law requires them. Udemy decides this by the country on your account.
