Cancel U-NEXT

This is the contract page U-NEXT calls the cancellation screen. It lists every monthly service you hold, each with its own Cancel button, so cancel them one at a time. Tick the notice box and confirm. Access stops straight away, with no refund for the rest of the month.

Then U-NEXT cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

Sign in at video.unext.jp in a browser, with the main account, not a family account
Open アカウント・契約 from the account icon
Under 契約・決済情報 choose 契約内容の確認・解約
Pick the service you want to stop and choose 解約手続き
Tick 同意する on the notice screen and choose 解約する
