Cancel U-NEXT
This is the contract page U-NEXT calls the cancellation screen. It lists every monthly service you hold, each with its own Cancel button, so cancel them one at a time. Tick the notice box and confirm. Access stops straight away, with no refund for the rest of the month.

- Sign in at video.unext.jp in a browser, with the main account, not a family account
- Open アカウント・契約 from the account icon
- Under 契約・決済情報 choose 契約内容の確認・解約
- Pick the service you want to stop and choose 解約手続き
- Tick 同意する on the notice screen and choose 解約する
