Cancel UrbanSitter

On the Settings page, next to your membership plan, choose Change or Cancel Membership, then Cancel Membership Plan, then Cancel Now on the screen that offers Keep Membership. Feedback is optional. Nothing is refunded, but the benefits run to the end of the billing cycle. Cancelling is not possible in the Android app.

Sign in and open urbansitter.com/app/settings
Next to membership plan, click Change or Cancel Membership
Click Cancel Membership Plan
On the screen offering Keep Membership, click Cancel Now
The feedback question is optional, Settings then shows the plan as cancelled with its expiry date
If no active plan is listed you may be signed in to a second account, check the email address
