Log in first, then open this link. Gannett's self service account covers billing, delivery and preferences. Cancellation is not on the help centre menu and the subscription terms say to contact customer service on 1-800-872-0001. There are no refunds for the unused part of a period.

  3. If none appears, call 1-800-872-0001, Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm ET
  4. Cancel before the renewal date, since Gannett gives no credits or prorated refunds
