The FAQ sends every cancellation to email: mysubscription@sunprovince.com for Online Access, epapersupport@vancouversun.com for the ePaper, mysubscription@sunprovince.com or 1-800-663-2662 for home delivery.

- Check what you are paying for under Manage My Subscription
- Email mysubscription@sunprovince.com to cancel an Online Access subscription
- Email epapersupport@vancouversun.com to cancel an ePaper subscription
- For home delivery email mysubscription@sunprovince.com or call 1-800-663-2662
- ePaper billing runs to the end of the current cycle and, apart from the Vancouver Sun, is not refundable
