Cancel Vancouver Sun

The Postmedia account portal shows your subscriptions and cards and carries no cancel button. The FAQ sends every cancellation to email: mysubscription@sunprovince.com for Online Access, epapersupport@vancouversun.com for the ePaper, mysubscription@sunprovince.com or 1-800-663-2662 for home delivery.

Then Vancouver Sun cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Sign in at vancouversun.com and open My Account, or go to vancouversun.com/my-account
  2. Check what you are paying for under Manage My Subscription
  3. Email mysubscription@sunprovince.com to cancel an Online Access subscription
  4. Email epapersupport@vancouversun.com to cancel an ePaper subscription
  5. For home delivery email mysubscription@sunprovince.com or call 1-800-663-2662
  6. ePaper billing runs to the end of the current cycle and, apart from the Vancouver Sun, is not refundable
