Cancel Verizon Fios

Sign in, select the Disconnect link on the Settings and profile page, then finish in a chat with a representative, or call 1-800-VERIZON. Under contract, an early termination fee of up to $350 applies, falling $15 a month. Return rented equipment within 30 days.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in to My Verizon and open the Settings and profile page
  2. Select the Disconnect link on the right side of the page, then Start chat
  3. Type disconnect in the Chat with Verizon box, choose Disconnect Fios home service, then select Chat with a representative
  4. Or call 1-800-VERIZON (800-837-4966), Monday to Friday 8 AM to 7 PM ET or Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM ET, with your account information to hand
  5. Under contract? The early termination fee is prorated: a maximum of $350, decreasing by $15 per month
  6. Return rented Verizon equipment within 30 days of disconnecting to avoid an unreturned equipment charge
  7. Auto Pay and Paper-Free Billing stay on until the final payment. A credit balance can take up to 60 days to come back
