Cancel Viaplay

Mitt konto opens on a browser. Under Paketinformation choose Sag upp paket and follow five screens, skipping the offers, until Bekrafta uppsagning. Access runs to the end of the paid period or the binding period, and a confirmation email arrives.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Viaplay cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

Open your country site, for example viaplay.se/manage-account, and log in on a browser
Under Paketinformation find your current package
Choose Sag upp paket
Skip the reason and the offers with Hoppa over or Fortsatt
Confirm, and keep the confirmation email
If Apple, a TV provider or Elisa bills you, cancel with them instead

Every Nordic market serves the same path on its own domain, viaplay.<country>/manage-account. The Dutch site runs on viaplay.com/nl and does not serve that path.
