Cancel Rakuten Viki

Sign-in keeps the link, so you land back here. Open the Subscription tab, click Cancel plan, then Yes, cancel plan. A confirmation appears and an email follows, and benefits run to the end of the billing period. Viki suggests doing it at least 2 days before the renewal date.

Then Rakuten Viki cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  2. Click the profile icon in the top right, then Account Settings
  3. Open the Subscription tab
  4. Click Cancel plan, then Yes, cancel plan
  5. If Google Play, Apple or Roku billed you, cancel in that store instead
