Cancel Virgin Plus

Call Virgin Plus to end a monthly plan, including an early exit from a 2 year agreement. The final bill comes on your regular billing date with a prorated refund for the unused part of the month. Late charges such as roaming can be billed separately, usually within 90 days.

  1. Call Virgin Plus on 1-888-999-2321. Monday to Saturday 9am to 9pm, Sunday 10am to 7pm, local time
  2. Say you want to end your service. For an early exit from a 2 year agreement, check your Membership Agreement and the Terms and Conditions of Service for what you owe
  3. After deactivation the final bill is sent on your regular billing date
  4. Cancelled mid cycle: you get a prorated refund, and your plan allowances for that month are prorated too, so going over them adds charges to the final bill
  5. Some charges, such as international roaming, can be billed separately later, usually within 90 days of deactivation
