Cancel Vivint

Phone only. Vivint's own terms say to call (800) 216-5232 during Mountain Time business hours, and that the subscription is cancelled within 30 days of the request. A multi-month contract can carry an early termination fee, and unpairing a device does not cancel anything.

Say you want to start the cancellation process and note the reference you are given
Ask what early termination fee applies if you are on a multi-month subscription
Expect the subscription to be cancelled within 30 days of Vivint receiving the request
Unpairing a Vivint device does not cancel anything, and cancelling can cost you access to the Vivint app
