Cancel ViX

ViX runs a dedicated cancellation page. Open it, choose Cancelar mi suscripcion and follow the prompts. It only covers a subscription bought on the ViX website. Google, Apple, Roku, Samsung, Amazon and Mercado Libre purchases each cancel in their own store.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play, Amazon or Roku?

Then ViX cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Choose Cancelar mi suscripcion
Follow the on-screen instructions to finish
If Google, Apple, Roku, Samsung, Amazon or Mercado Libre billed you, cancel there instead

Other countries

Every vix.com path 302s to assets.vix.com/geo.html from outside the markets ViX sells in, so the page cannot be checked from Australia. ViX sells across the United States and Latin America.
