Cancel WeightWatchers

You land on the cancellation flow after signing in. Expect offers to switch plan or pause before the cancel option. A standard monthly plan ends at the close of that membership month.

Then WeightWatchers cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Sign in at weightwatchers.com
  2. Open the Profile icon, then Settings, then Account
  3. Find your membership and choose the cancel option
  4. Follow the prompts and confirm
  5. Keep the confirmation email as proof

Commitment Plans and pre-pay savings plans only end after the committed period. Standard monthly plans end at the close of the membership month.
