Cancel WeightWatchers Clinic

Clinic membership is billed separately from the WW app subscription and is often sold on a 12 month commitment. Cancel from the signed in part of the site or app, by emailing hello@joinsequence.com, or by messaging your Care Team. Requests are processed within 72 hours and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period or commitment plan.

  1. Sign in at weightwatchers.com or open the WW app
  2. Open your account settings and look for the Clinic or Med+ membership
  3. Choose the cancellation option there
  4. If you cannot find it, email hello@joinsequence.com or message your Care Team
  5. Do it before the monthly processing date, or before the end of a commitment period
  6. Allow up to 72 hours for the request to be processed and keep the confirmation
