West Wood Club takes cancellations through your club's reception, and only after your minimum contract term. It wants 60 days notice. Freezes, bank details and billing questions also go through the club's membership team. Rejoining later means paying a new joining fee.

  3. Give 60 days notice from the date you submit it
  4. Keep paying the direct debit until the notice period has run
  5. For a freeze instead, ask the club's membership team; a small admin fee applies
