Cancel Winc
Only California residents get a self service cancel button on the Account Settings page. Everyone else has to use live chat, email support@winc.com or call 1-855-282-5829, 7am to 4pm PT daily. There is no cancellation fee, and Skip a Month is the alternative.

- Open Manage My Subscription on the account dashboard
- California residents can cancel from Account Settings
- Everyone else: start live chat on winc.com, email support@winc.com, or call 1-855-282-5829
- Pause at least 48 hours before the membership fee is processed, or use Skip a Month instead
