Cancel Windsor Star

The Postmedia account portal shows your subscriptions and cards and carries no cancel button. The FAQ sends every cancellation to email: mysubscription@windsorstar.com for Online Access, epapersupport@windsorstar.com for the ePaper, mysubscription@windsorstar.com or 1-800-265-5647 for home delivery.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Windsor Star cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in at windsorstar.com and open My Account, or go to windsorstar.com/my-account
  2. Check what you are paying for under Manage My Subscription
  3. Email mysubscription@windsorstar.com to cancel an Online Access subscription
  4. Email epapersupport@windsorstar.com to cancel an ePaper subscription
  5. For home delivery email mysubscription@windsorstar.com or call 1-800-265-5647
  6. Billing stops after the current cycle and the FAQ says all Windsor Star subscriptions are non-refundable
