Cancel Wolfram|Alpha Pro

Web purchases are changed or cancelled from the Wolfram account portal. A subscription bought in an app store has to be cancelled with that store, and Wolfram will not do it for you.

Go to Wolfram|Alpha Pro’s cancel page

Opens account.wolfram.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Wolfram|Alpha Pro cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Sign in at account.wolfram.com with the Wolfram ID on the subscription
  2. Open your subscription and cancel or change the plan
  3. App store purchase: cancel with Apple or Google instead
