Cancel Wolfram Cloud

Recurring payments are stopped from your Wolfram Account: open Products and Services, pick the subscription and choose Stop billing. The plan runs to the end of the billing cycle, then drops to the free Cloud Basic plan. Files you keep on Cloud Basic expire after 60 days.

If the button does not land you there

Sign in at account.wolfram.com with the Wolfram ID on the subscription
Select Products and Services
Choose the Wolfram Cloud subscription
Select Stop billing to cancel at the end of the current billing cycle
You keep all your files after the downgrade, even over the new storage limit, but cannot upload or create new ones until you are back under it
On the free Cloud Basic plan your files expire after 60 days, so download anything you want to keep
