Cancel Wolfram|One

Sign in to your Wolfram Account, open Products and Services, pick the subscription and choose Stop billing. The plan stays active to the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for, then drops to the free Cloud Basic level, which keeps your files and 200 MB of storage.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in at account.wolfram.com with the Wolfram ID on the subscription
  2. Select Products and Services
  3. Choose the product whose subscription you want to cancel
  4. Select Stop billing to cancel at the end of the current billing cycle
  5. For an annual plan with months left, access continues to the end of that term
