Cancel Woop

Log in, open Account Details and, under Plan Settings, choose CANCEL PLAN. Woop offers alternatives first, then asks why you are leaving. Cancel before midnight on Monday, otherwise the confirmed box for that weekend still arrives and is still charged.

Open the Account Details page
In the Plan Settings section, click CANCEL PLAN
Skip past the alternatives, then choose a reason and confirm
Do it before midnight Monday, or that weekend's box still arrives
To delete the account entirely, email info@woop.co.nz or call 09 283 0400
