Cancel World Gym Australia

A Cancellation Form has to be completed at your home club. After the minimum term it is 30 days written notice and every payment falling inside that notice is still due. Inside the minimum term you pay a cancellation fee upfront, unless 30 days or less of the term is left.

Steps

  1. Go to your home club and ask to complete a Cancellation Form
  2. If you cannot get in, contact the home club and ask to cancel by email instead
  3. Give 30 days written notice, payments due in that window still come out
  4. Inside the minimum term you must pay the Cancellation Fee in full upfront, unless 30 days or less of the term remains
  5. A medical certificate stating permanent incapacity to exercise, or bankruptcy documentation from AFSA, waives the fee
  6. Keep the direct debit funded until the last payment clears, a reversal costs at least 14.95 dollars
